On the Road to Viridian City

This character has been around since.... 1999. Or when the first Pokemon movie came out. I don't remember. Either way, her first version consisted of nothing but tye dye 80's getup and pigtails. I only remember because I was so damn proud of how the drawing turned out. In high school, she was revamped and renamed "Mugendai" because anime was kawaii desu neko. Now.... now she's just who she is now. :I
